My Coaching Approach

The coaching sessions are above all a privileged moment with yourself. You will progress, at your own pace and in complete confidentiality, towards your ambitions and the realisation of the projects that are important to you. 

According to the ICF ethics, one of the most recognized coaching federations to which I belong, the person being coached is positioned as the expert of his/her life. The aim is not to receive advice directly from me but to facilitate, without judgement, the emergence of answers and actions that fully match you.

I will use powerful questioning, an empathetic and stimulating posture, observation sharing, role plays and tools adapted to your needs. The methods used include NLP, Transactional Analysis, Dynamic Spiral, Non-Violent Communication and Mindfulness Meditation, among others. 


The purpose is to bring you new connections and perspectives so that you can learn more about yourself and the perception of your environment. These insights will help you determine what actions to take to move towards your goal.


Finally, my background in finance, in supporting companies and managers as well as my project to deepen my knowledge in human skills will allow me to easily use my approach in these areas if the subject requires it.

As a coach, I will become like a partner so that you can feel supported, accompanied and challenged, throughout your journey.

To illustrate this concept, I will take a seat on your boat in which you will remain the only pilot on board choosing the direction you wish to take.


We will therefore form a team in which I will facilitate, through my questioning and sharing, a better navigation towards the lighthouse that has real meaning for you.

And how does this work in practice?

During the first session, we will take some extra time to get to know each other, to clarify the coaching framework and to define your long-term objective which will serve as a lighthouse guiding you throughout the sessions.


Each session lasts 50 minutes and starts with the definition of the subject on which you wish to progress, in connection with the long-term objective defined beforehand.

We will then analyse what is preventing you from achieving your goal to lead you to potential breakthroughs and new perspectives.


Finally, these new elements will allow you to decide on the actions to be taken between now and the next session to progressively lead you to your goal and progress along the way. 


The coaching process usually lasts between 4 and 8 sessions at 2-week intervals in order to allow the actions to produce their effects.


The sessions take place in English or French, either face-to-face in Brussels (Schuman or Louise on the Cambre Abbey side) or remotely via Zoom. Weather permitting, we can also meet outdoors.
